After deciding to elope out of state in Maui, with little time to plan/spare, I knew I needed a dress fast and when I came across the Adrianna Papell 40238 Illusion Back Bridal Dress on Madame Bridal's website, I fell in love instantly. But, of course I was skeptical buying online. After engaging in the "chat now" feature with Brad Simon himself I was already starting to feel at ease. From there we had a phone call to finalize my options. The dress not only shipped FAST, but it was exactly like the photo. Thank you so much Brad for your support in my purchase and for supplying me with a gorgeous gown that I felt confident wearing on my big day <3 I got so many compliments from the beach bystanders that day and from friends and family as well :)
I just had to say how happy and thankful to have discovered this site for a special occasion dress that I needed to find for a surprise event my husband was taking me to. I had less than 2 months to find a dress and local shops don't really have anything but prom and bridal. I took a chance and called, I talked to Brad, the owner and he could tell me right away if a certain dress would be available. This Christina Wu was available and I received it about 8 days later and it was beautiful. I'm so happy to have found Madame Bridal! Thanks for making my surprise event so special!

From doing a simple search on the internet for my wedding dress I came across Madame Bridal and I sure made the best pick because they didnt disappoint me one bit! Simon is polite and very helpful and did all that he could to ensure that I got my dress on time to Trinidad and Tobago. I wont hesitate to recommend Madame Bridal to anyone because I know for sure that they wont be disappointed just as I wasn't.

Simon, hi it’s Lori. I just pulled my old dress from my other daughters wedding that I purchased from your store a few years ago. I’m going to try it in and see if the size still works. Do all of the designers run around the same size? This Montage dress was a size 4 and fit like a glove.

I stumbled upon Madame Bridal when I called there for an evening gown that I saw on Google. Immediately I knew the woman that I was speaking with was incredibly honest and knowledgeable. She explained the gown I was inquiring about wasn’t appropriate for the black tie wedding I was attending. I really appreciated her honesty. Madame Bridal is clearly miles ahead of any dress shops I have ever dealt with. Living in Bergen County NJ I have the “BEST” dress shops just a stone’s throw away, in Manhattan, NJ, Westchester and Connecticut. But none of them can come close to the extraordinary experience I had with Madame Bridal. Helen and Simon at MB are skilled experts at helping women find the “perfect dress.” Helen was incredibly patient and took a genuine interest in helping me . She gave me the best advice and showed me the most elegant evening gowns. This Memorial Day weekend while taking my niece to her bridesmaid fitting at a dress shop in New Jersey, I noticed a lovely Mon Cheri evening gown. The saleswoman wouldn’t let me try it on because I didn’t have an appointment. I held it up and just loved it. She said I looked like a size 2 or 4 and there was only one 4 left and I probably wouldn’t be able to get this size 4 anyway. The minute I got home, I immediately called Helen at Madame Bridal in Florida, and told her I saw the most beautiful dress while my niece was being fitted. She told me even though it was Saturday evening on a holiday weekend she could order the gown. She assured me that her husband would process the order immediately. Helen had me measure myself accurately. She talked me out of going up a size as it would need too much altering. And any woman that special orders knows it can’t be returned if it’s too small. I gave her my measurements and she told me I needed a size 4 and it would need minimal alterations. Then she told me of the one size 4 and said I would get it. :) Simon processed the order and sent me the order information. All done on a Saturday night on a Holiday weekend!! Within 10 days my gown arrived from Mon Cheri. LOVELY, ELEGANT and PERFECT! It needs minimal alterations as Helen stated. Wow! She is an expert on every level. It gets even better! My lovely gown was 150 dollars less at Madame Bridal than any other shops on Google. Then, a week after my gown arrived I received stunning crystal earrings from Helen as a gift to wear with my gown. Thank you Helen and Simon. I am so grateful for your help. Thank you Madame Bridal for a beautiful experience with a beautiful family!
