ALL RETURN REQUEST AFTER THE 7TH DAY WILL BE DENIED
✔All goods must be returned in the same manner in which it was received (i.e.: on the hanger, in plastic wrap, folded and be sure to include any retail sales tags/bar code).
✔ All requests must be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org Attention: RA Department
✔Return requests must be made within 3 business days from the date of receipt.
✔Return value minus restocking fees must be used for future credit (NO REFUNDS)
- 20% restocking fee is applied to all returns shipped from our warehouse facility.
- Shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
- The remaining 80% balance would be credited to your account as merchandise credit for future purchases.
- Your merchandise credit is valid for 12 months from the date it was issued.
- All dresses are shipped and require a signature upon receipt.
Your credit can ONLY apply to dresses in our warehouse. Please note all dresses online are not necessarily available in our warehouse. When you are ready to place your order please let us know which dress style, size, and color you are looking for. We will check our stock to see if the dress is available or make similar recommendations which are available in our warehouse.
Unauthorized returns will not be honored, and Madame Bridal will not be responsible for any items returned without an RA number.
RETURNS ARE "UNAVAILABLE" FOR SPECIAL ORDERS SHIPPED FROM THE MANUFACTURE'S WAREHOUSE.
NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED FROM ANY OTHER COUNTRY EXCEPT UNITED STATES. IF WE HAVE SHIPPED YOUR DRESS TO A COUNTRY OTHER THAN UNITED STATES WE HAVE MADE EXTRA CARE IN DELIVERING THE PERFECT DRESS. NO CLAIMS OR DAMAGE IS ACCEPTED. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

Once the order has been placed, we are unable to cancel, modify or change any bridesmaids or wedding dress orders.
It is extremely important that you review your online order carefully. Make sure you have referred to the manufacturer's size chart for the particular item you are purchasing and that you have followed the measuring instructions.
Make sure that you have read our return policy completely and you understand all terms and conditions.
All dresses are thoroughly inspected and shipped in perfect condition. Please make sure that when you sign for your dress the box is in perfect condition. Please do not accept any merchandise with an open box, torn box, molested box or damaged box. We are unable to make an insurance claim on your behalf if you accept our merchandise, open the box and make a claim afterward. These guidelines are set forth strictly by our suppliers and we must follow them, otherwise, we will lose our license as an authorized retailer.
All dresses are shipped with signature required. If you are not available to receive your dress at the point of delivery please email email@example.com with your order number and request a signature required waiver.
