Time of delivery:
Stock dresses can be delivered to your address within 7-14 business days from the day of your purchase. Stock dresses that are to be delivered to an international location will be shipped within 10-20 days depending on the shipping address. Quicker deliveries can be selected from our shipping and delivery options.
Depending on the item you choose, production and delivery for non-stock dresses can vary. For example bridesmaids dresses typically take 12-14 weeks for delivery. Some Bridal Companies offer rush deliveries. Some emergency orders could be shipped within 10 working days. We urge you to place your order with us and specify your Event Date. You can be assured that we will do our best effort for on time delivery. You can place your order with confidence knowing we are able to process your order within your required or emergency time and proceed to place your order immediately. Signature requirement and address change:
For your protection all orders are shipped insured and require a signature receipt. If you work and you are unable to sign for your order please email us madamebridal@gmail.com to request a signature waiver. When you are requesting a signature waiver please specify your name, shipping address and order number. Please make sure your request for signature waiver is sent from the same email address as your order.
In case you are moving you can ask for an address change as long as your dresses are not shipped and the request is sent from the person ordering and the email address on file.
Sales and Use Tax:
As per Florida Law, Residents of Florida will be charged 7% on all internet transactions.
Order Cancellations/Returns:
We gladly accept returns for all dresses shipped from our facility. You may call us before placing your order to make sure the dress is in stock in our facility, and not at the manufacturers facility. We cannot accept returns on dresses being shipped from the manufacturers, as we have to abide by our manufacturers policies.
The following criteria are to be followed when returning an order:
1. All returned merchandise will be inspected.
2. A determination is made based on non-use.
3. All tags must be attached.
4. Dresses must be returned within three days from delivery date to your address.
5. 20% restocking fee is applied to all returns.
6. Shipping costs will be the customers responsabilty. If you received free shipping, this will be deducted from your store credit.
7. The remaining 80% balance would be credited to your account as merchandise credit for future purchases. Your merchandise credit is valid for 12 months from the day we receive the dress back.
8. The exchanged dress must be in stock in our facility.

We are unable to accept returns for special orders or dresses that are not available in stock and are being ordered specifically for your event.

Sizing Instructions:
Information about sizing is provided to our customer by a size chart located next to each product as well as measuring instructions. When measuring please make sure to follow the instructions accordingly. Sizing decision are ultimately the responsibility of our customers. We recommend you order based on your current weight even if you are planning to lose weight in the near future. Please remember that a larger dress can always be altered to a smaller size but a smaller dress can't be made to fit a larger size.
Plus Size and Additional Length All sizes 18 and above are subject to a an additional Plus Size charge. The amount will vary per manufacturer.
Additional Length (approximately 5 inches) can be added at your request. You will see the which dresses have this option available and you will be able to select it.There will be an additional charge for extra length, will vary according to manufacturer.. Please be aware that these charges are imposed by all bridal companies.
